Working with Stephen Osman, we created the name and identity for this small East London gallery. A bastion is an architectural structure that protrudes from a linear wall. The physical space of the gallery matched this description. A bastion host is a firewall hub which filters a mass of content down to a selected or curated choice.

The identity of the gallery explored the ideas of space and planes, setting type on a number of two-dimensional planes within three-dimensional space.

Show is a self-published A5 booklet that accompanied the first show.

The invitation for the show displayed images of items used to create the work, as opposed to the work itself.
